STATESVILLE, N.C. (11/8/12)—The black and red colors of Barrett-Jackson return to David Ragan’s No. 34 Ford this weekend at Phoenix International Raceway. Ragan finished 25th at Phoenix this past spring, and holds a best finish of 10th in eleven career starts at the track. Ragan finished 28th last weekend at Texas Motor Speedway and currently sits 27th in NASCAR’s standings. With only two events to go in the 2012 season, Sunday’s race will mark Barrett-Jackson’s final appearance on the No. 34 car this season.
David Ragan on Phoenix
“We earned a top-25 here earlier this season, and our entire team has made a lot of progress since then. We’ll look to close out the year with some strong top-25 runs. I like Phoenix, it’s a track that is difficult to drive and has changed a good bit since it was repaved a year ago. I’ve had some good runs here including one top-10 effort. Our black and red Barrett-Jackson Ford looks fast. My team and I will work to earn a solid finish on Sunday.”
