‘Gilly California’ – 38 Team Sonoma Recap

David Gilliland and his No. 38 1-800LoanMart team were able to rally back to a 26th place effort after being forced to go to the rear of the field prior to the start of Sunday’s Toyota / Save Mart 350 at Sonoma Raceway.

Ragan Takes Green1 Colors to Sonoma

David Ragan takes the No. 34 Green1 – High Performance Green Ford to Sonoma for this weekend’s Toyota / SaveMart 350. Ragan is coming off of his 7th top-25 finish of 2012 and holds a career best effort of 24th at the 12 turn road course.

Green1 is headquartered in Laguna Beach, CA and chose to sponsor the No. 34 team at Sonoma due to the track’s Accelerating Sustainable Performance Program.

Gilliland, LoanMart, Prepare for Homecoming

The green, white and black colors of 1-800LoanMart return to the No. 38 Ford of David Gilliland as the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series heads to Sonoma this weekend.

Gilliland, a native of nearby Riverside, California, posted a runner-up finish at the 12 turn, 2.52 mile road course in 2008.

Golden State Native, Josh Wise, Prepares to Race in Home State

Riverside, California native Josh Wise prepares to race in his home state as the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series heads to Sonoma this weekend. While this will be Wise’s first time racing at Sonoma, the Golden State native posted an average finish of 23rd in three NASCAR Nationwide Series road course races last season.
